When we originally supply a Cloud IPBX, it comes with the following:

  • a virtual Cloud IPBX.
  • an active SIP trunk.
  • telephone numbers (also calles DIDs). These are the existing numbers of the Customer that are transferred (ported) to our platform. They can also be new numbers that the Customer has asked to activate.


These numbers can be found in the Number Manager section:
