The supervisor has all the same access as a normal user but with some extra:

  • Reporting (Dashboard, Call history, Billing, Recorded calls & Registrations)
  • Number Manager (Allows him to see an overview of all the external numbers and use the Bypass Number feature)
  • Management of contacts in the global phonebook
