This is an example how to route calls to a Teams user using an external device:

There is a main callflow that route all Teams numbers to the trunk:

You can then create an external device with the number of a Teams user and assign this device to the user.

and use this user in a Callflow:

If you can extension 250 in the portal, it will rings the Teams user with number +322…762.
