2. Configure the Phone Companion

Receive notifications on incoming calls and make outgoing calls using click to dial with the Phone Companion.

Configure your Phone Companion to display a link to the detail screen of a contact on an incoming call from a known phone number, and/or add a link to create a new contact in your CRM or other cloud application.

3. Specific information for MS Office 365 Contacts

MS Office allows to add fax numbers to contacts under “Other”, but these fax numbers are not synced to your phonebook due to technical limitations of the MS Office API.

Please note that MS Office 365 does not have a concept of a central address book, but you can share a folder with contacts with your team members, or you can set up a shared mailbox.
